Bill Jolley

Bill has spent some 30 years of senior-level executive positions in marketing, strategic planning, and research with Coca-Cola USA, Mars Inc. (USA and Europe), Nestle USA, and The Walt Disney Company. His years of corporate experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns for major corporations are available to assist your leadership team’s strategic planning with next-level marketing thinking in support of its mission that will drive long-term growth.

His recent academic experience has kept him up to date on all the latest digital marketing and data science methods for solving marketing’s challenges. After his corporate career as a highly accomplished professional, Bill completed his Ph.D. at the University of Western Australia in international marketing having earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and MBA from the University of Florida. Bill then joined Norwich University as the Director of their online MBA program. Most recently, before founding TCM, Bill was the Professor of Marketing with the School of Business at Norwich University teaching digital marketing, data science, and corporate strategy. Bill is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Marketing Science Institute, the Marketing Research Association, and the Advertising Research Foundation.

Matt, being Six Sigma Black Belt Professional certified, is skilled in project management, leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational change management.  He is a result-driven individual with high personal standards who brings experience in marketing, finance, and business startups to every project. Matt majored in marketing at Norwich University. He is passionate in developing team-based cultures that thrive on results and accountability. Matt handles all the project management logistics that keep everything in line, on time and on budget. Matt also loves research – he finds out everything there is to know about an industry, its customers and the competition. Matt knows the sources for information about a topic – whether it be governmental, public (beyond Google), and the most recent concepts of marketing tech thought leaders – if we need it and don’t have it, Matt will get it!
